Review by hotel critic
During my recent Easter stay at Hotel Colfosco in beautiful San Martino di Castrozza, I found the location to be absolutely stunning, nestled among the majestic Dolomites. The highlight of my mornings was undoubtedly the rich international breakfast buffet, which set the perfect tone for a day of adventure, whether it was hiking through the pristine Paneveggio-Pale di San Martino Natural Park or simply indulging in the wellness spa. While the staff was a mixed bag-Cinzia was a phenomenal waitress, but I noticed a lack of enthusiasm in others-I appreciated the overall vibe of the hotel, which was cozy and welcoming. I did feel a bit wary of hidden charges, as they made me question whether common amenities would result in unexpected costs. Hotel Colfosco has a lot to offer, but I hope they address these small hiccups for a more seamless experience in the future.
